Free and easy rally on a nice level field located just 2.4 miles from the centre of Skegness where there is plenty on offer for all ages. Each pitch has electric hook up which is included in the rally fee. The rally fee is for 3 nights, Friday to Sunday - if you wish to book an extra night Thursday 22nd and, or Monday 26th August, this is available at an extra charge of £19.20 per night. The rally will open at 12 noon on Thursday 22nd August - please do not arrive before this time.

Limited Rally, please book early. Full programme for the weekend: The Inter-Centre Fishing competition The Inter Centres Fishing Competition between, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire will take place during the day on Saturday and if you haven’t qualified you can always just pleasure fish. Nominations- Anyone wishing to put themselves forward to serve on the Committee should download and complete a nomination form (in the downloads section of the website) and submit it to the Centre Secretary, Tracy Orchard, by 10am on Sunday 8th September. (Tracy is the co- marshal for this rally so will be on site). Saturday night Social - Join us in the centre coleman’s for a fun packed evening where you will be served a Hot Meal, followed by Horse Racing on the Big Screen. The fishing presentations will also take place during the evening. Rally Site and local area - Caravans are pitched at a beautiful location at the side of a lake with lots to do in the day for those that don’t fish with country walks, local pubs and garden centres to visit. If you prefer Golf there are also 3 local Golf Clubs where you could book a game or practice your shot. So come along and support your centre there’s a lot more than just fishing

Free & Easy Matlock Illuminations will take place on the Saturday evening - all those wishing to visit the gardens to see the illuminated boats etc. must purchase their own tickets in advance. The marshals are unable to purchase them. Tickets are now available to purchase now from Derbyshire County Council and can be purchased via this website: https://www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/leisure/matlock-bath-illuminations. Please ensure you get them as soon as possible as they do sometimes sell out on Saturdays. Tickets are priced at £7.50 for adults, Seniors & disabled visitors are £6.50 (carers free) and Under 15’s are free but will need a ticket. There is a park and ride service from Cromford Meadows or you can walk to the station and take the train. Please contact the marshal for more details.

A full weekend is planned for you at this lovely venue that has easy access, a hall on site and close to Newark. There is also a community pub in the village that is in easy walking distance. On Friday evening we will kick off the weekend with a relaxed get together in the hall and maybe a quiz. On Saturday afternoon there will be a chance to show off your photographic skills by entering our friendly Photographic competition. More details will be given to those booked on but the basic rules are: any person on the rally can enter up to 3 photos per category; the categories are: 1. Under 16s 2. Animal or Bird 3. Photo taken on any Notts Rally in 2024 4. Nature at its best All those on the rally will be able to view all the entries and will then be invited to submit their votes in order to select the winners. More information on this will be sent by email to those booked on the rally. On Saturday evening we have some great entertainment lined up for you courtesy of the very talented musician and vocalist, Peter Jones who will entertain us with well-known chart hits from across the years. Blind since the age of 15 months, Peter is a legendary Keyboard, Sax and just about anything else player - not to mention his superb vocals! He has been a finalist in two major TV talent shows including The X-Factor, as part of the duo ‘Two to Go’ and now works solo. We need a minimum number of bookings on to cover the cost of the entertainment for this rally so, if you are thinking of joining us, we would really appreciate it if you could please submit your booking as soon as possible.
