Annual Dinner Dance 2011
In a change with tradition our Annual Dinner Dance weekend
will be held on the
weekend 11th to 13th March 2011.
The Venue is the "John Fretwell sporting complex"
Sookholme Road, Sookholme Mansfield Nottinghamshire NG19 8LL.

12th - 14th March
- Polish Scout Camp, Torksey
Mothers Day Rally
Get together and natter with nibbles on Friday night,
along with maybe a quiz or two. Saturday dress up and dazzle
as we serve a 3 course meal to your table. The emphasis is
to treat our mums on their special day. There will be craft
activities for the children during the weekend, and then a
disco after the meal on Saturday night. Please book early!!

Easter Rally - Tudor

2nd to 5th April 2010
If you would like to extend your
stay after the rally is finished the cost will
be £7.00 per night - you are able to remain on site
until Sunday 11th April 2010.
Note to TomTom Users: - Beware TomTom will send you the
wrong way ! When you are safely on the A38, switch TomTom
off and follow the signs for 'Slimbridge Wetlands Centre'
and 'Tudor Caravan Park'

- 11th April - Rock 'til you drop weekend
North Muskham, Newark
RALLY NOW FULL WITH WAITING LIST
Friday
night we have secured a booking with a fabulous band
called the Platforms.
They specialise in music from the 70's to the present with
everything from the Bay City Rollers to modern day rock classics.
Rock fancy dress if you wish to get you really in the mood.
Saturday night will be our games with a twist evening so be
prepared
- nothing too strenuous but you may want to watch
Never Mind The Buzzcocks and practice your air guitar moves.
There will be competitions for all from the youngest to the
young at heart.
All proceeds from this rally are going to the Chairmans Charity
- the Notts/Lincs Air Ambulance and Portland College Mansfield
- so please support us and help the marshals to swell the
coffers for Phils charity.
There will be some classic games such as rolling the coin
for the whisky bottle etc so bring your wallet and some dance
moves for a slightly alternative weekend.
Places are a little limited on this rally.
Please get your slips to Sandra Purdy or Sara Calcutt as soon
as possible.

Membership Renewals
Please remember when your Caravan Club Membership is renewed

you MUST send the reply slip back to retain your membership
with the Notts Centre otherwise you will not be eligible to
receive the new rally book.

start at 12 noon - if you would like to arrive earlier than
this can you please ring the marshal as a matter of courtesy
to make sure it is okay with them. .......................................
