The new owners of our plaque suppliers have asked that orders for rally plaques in future should be given earlier.

For weekly standard plaques we have been asked to give the owners 10 clear working days and for Holiday and Special Plaques 15 clear working days.

You will be notified of the dates when you need to order your plaques from Jackie

Each committee member is in possession of the plaque book and there are also plaque books in the minutes bag located at the flag pole on rallies.

After a rally, when submitting the paperwork to Jackie, the Treasurer, can you please ensure you let her have the following:

Accounts Sheet
Receipt from site owner
Copy invoice from Baypress
List of attendees at the rally
If possible can you please supply vehicle registrations and which centre the members belong to.
