Take the A30 to Bodmin. Then take the A389 to Wadebridge then continue to Padstow. Before reaching Padstow, turn off for St Merryn and follow signs for Harlyn Sands. When you reach St Merryn, please head for Constantine, then turn off for Trevose Golf Course. Come through the golf course and turn left for Harlyn Sands.
