Online Booking
You are now able to book a number of rallies online.
If you access the 2012 to 2013 list of rallies you will see which rallies
you are able to book online.
After making an online booking you will receive an acknowledgement and your booking
will be forwarded to the rally marshal. |
Ordering
of Rally Plaques
Please note that rally plaques must now be ordered from Vice Chairman Helen Pickering.
It
at all possible could rally marshals please order plaques 10 working
days before you require delivery.
we are experiencing some delays when ordering on the sunday and
would like to try and make sure we all have them in time for leving
home.
You
can look at the motifs etc on the Baypress
website.
Please
remember to let Helen know the quantity including marshals, the
colour, text and motif number. |

Search Facility on Caravan Club Website
The
Caravan Club Website now has the facility to search for caravan
club centre rallies around the country.
The search options available are :
Type of rally i.e. weekend/holiday/overseas
Location - which county
Centre - which centre running the rally
Country

The website is updated on a monthly basis by the Caravan Club.

Distribution
of Rally Books
We are still experiencing difficulties with regard to notification
by the Caravan Club of those members who have newly joined the
centre or who have re-registered.
If you have registered with the Centre but have not yet received
your book then please contact the Caravan Club to ensure you are
listed as a Centre member.

Use of Fire Extinguishers
on Rallies
Information received from the Health and Safety officer at
East Grinstead states that there is no specific requirement for
the centre to supply extinguishers on normal rallies. However, they
should still be supplied as per the risk assessment for large events
or where the marquees are to be used.
In future the rally equipment will not contain
a fire extinguisher. It is ralliers obligation to carry their own
extinguisher. |
All rallies run by the
Centre are due to start at 12 noon unless stated in the rally book
- if you would like to arrive earlier than this can you please ring
the marshal as a matter of courtesy to make sure it is okay with
them.

Fellowship Awards
Vice Chairman Helen Pickering will now be completing all the details
for the fellowship scheme.
Could all marshals please ensure that Helen receives
the attendance list for their rallies as soon as possible after the rally has finished.

Renewals
Please remember when your
Caravan Club Membership is renewed -
you MUST send the reply slip back to retain your membership with
the Notts Centre otherwise you will not be eligible to receive the
new rally book.
You are now able to renew your
centre membership on line.
