Holiday Rally 2011
France - 19th -29th August 2011

The centre are running a holiday rally in France next year from 19th August for 10 nights.

This is a limited rally of 25 vans including marshals. The site is 283 miles from Calais

The cost is per van plus 2 adults is £240.00 with extra persons over 5 years of age costing £50.00 each in addition. The price includes electric hook up and full use of showers, toilets, pool etc. There is a bar and fishing lake are on site and football, volleyball and archery lessons are free. Bicycle Hire is also available.

After numerous enquiries about ferries Sandra has made the following comments which should help::

There are numerous routes that can be taken with ferry crossings. The cheapest is Dover to Calais and the site is 283 miles from Calais. The journey time is usually around 6 hours including breaks for coffee and lunch. Alternatively you can sail into Caen which is approx 60 miles to the site, or Cherbourg which is around 35 miles. We always use the Dover to Calais route and if you book a late night ferry it is usually the cheapest option, we then stay on the free overnight park at Calais dock which is security fenced and patrolled.
