A great weekend - again we were very lucky with the weather.

We had a nice relaxing evening on Friday night in the marquees with a quiz.

Saturday morning saw the children's races, and didn't they enjoy themselves followed by a Petangue competition in the afernoon for the adults.

The marshals cooked us a lovely supper of hot pork and stuffing cobs with new potatoes and salad followed by waffles and cream - all paid for by our Chairman Phil Rookes as his wife Sharon was celebrating her 60th birthday. Sharon was very touched when presented with a present from the ralliers of perfume, M&S Gift Voucher and not forgetting the bottle of gin!!
