29th December - A night aboard the RMS Titanic

We were all met by the three captains and their helpers with a glass of bubbly as we arrived into the hall. Everyone looked fantastic in their finery. A supper of salmon fillet with new potatoes, green beans and carrots was served and we were treated to a performance from a fantastic tenor Carl Taylor - when he sung Nessum Dorma at the end of his performance without a microphone you could have heard a pin drop in the hall and it made the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.

The night continued with a performance from our old centre favourites Star Star and then Ashley on the disco. A fantastic time was had by all.
