What a great
weekend!
Friday evening started off with a picture quiz and then a christmas
quiz followed soon after by Christmas Carols led by the Teenage committee
and all the children who were on the rally.
Friday afternoon saw the children's party - the Teenage Committee wanted
to run it themselves and opted not to have a professional entertainer
but more of a traditional Christmas party - what a success! All the
children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and this was made even more special
when Santa arrived on his sleigh pulled in by the Teenage Committee.
Saturday evening
saw the usual Christmas social - the social team surpassed themselves
again this year with a fabulous five course meal and then on to our
entertainment for the night the fabulous singer Ruth Stanford and finishing
the night off with a disco.
